The Workshop will be focused on TEM diffraction software and its application in materials science. It will consists of short introductory lectures and tutorials of three kind of software dedicated to diffraction patterns in TEM. Process Difraction by J. Labar, TEMStrain by A. Morawiec and KikSPot provided by Crystorient company.
The Workshop is organized by Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science Polish Academy of Sciences with support of Polish Society for Microscoy (PTMi), Crystorient company and LabSoft company.
The number of participants is limited to 35.
